Refuge Network International is a non-profit humanitarian organisation whose mission is to fight against social injustices, empower the marginalized, and alleviate human suffering principally through the promotion of Economic and Social Rights (ESR) in pragmatic and innovative ways.
We are a network of three non-profit organisations comprising Refuge Network, No Poverty Campaign, and Charity Across Borders. We work with the homeless, victims of human trafficking, refugees, individuals living in abject poverty, and other marginalized groups.
With the dedication of our volunteers, staff, and partners, we strive to improve the lives of the needy. Contact us to see what you can do to bring about positive change.
London Victoria Outreach
Our Outreach in Victoria covers the areas around the train and coach stations and their environs. During the pandemic, we are providing Covid-19 protection materials, food bags, energy drinks, emotional support & advice
London Waterloo Outreach
We have outreaches to Waterloo and Embankment. Volunteers provide support to impoverished individuals begging by the roadside. They also distribute survival packs to homeless people in the area.
Euston Station Outreach
Refuge Network volunteers also operate in the vicinity of Euston and St Pancras Stations. We were given access to a major tent camp in the area, and have been able to give out socks, hand sanitisers, deodorants, hats, food, etc
There are groups of homeless people scattered around Warren Street, Goodge Street, and the Tottenham Station area. We distribute survival packs and support the vulnerable in these areas from time to time.
We run a soup kitchen at Charing Cross from where we distribute hot food, hot beverages, and survival packs to rough sleepers, homeless people, and impoverished individuals from various parts of London.
Brixton & Clapham Outreach
Volunteers provide assistance to individuals on the streets in the Lambeth area. Brixton has a number of rough sleepers, beggars, and homeless people. We provide them with survival packs
Our Homeless Outreach teams visit Leicester Square regularly to support rough sleepers and homeless people in the vicinity. We are serving our homeless friends in the area during the Covid-19 crisis.
Refuge Network is supporting the homeless at London Bridge. We provide food packs, face masks, advice and emotional support to rough sleepers and homeless people on the streets in the area around London Bridge.
In addition to the soup kitchen at the Strand, we cover the area around Westminster Station giving out face masks, hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. We also help with signposting vulnerable individuals to services.
East Street Outreach
We support homeless and impoverished individuals in Southwark. Here volunteers are shown assisting a weeping homeless wheelchair user on East Street with kind words, food, and survival pack.
